Life is big.
I believe if I had been taught mindfulness skills and had the right kind of support creating a practice when I was a kid, I would have suffered a lot less and shined a lot more.
For sure, the BIGgest life lessons can come from the BIGgest challenges— as long as we have access to people, information and resources. I was fortunate not only to find my way out of darkness, but to eventually access what I needed as an adult. Today I’m passionate about providing greater access— and the right kind of access— to mindfulness and meditation. My talent lies in my truth-loyal, freewheeling, eclectic approach as I collaborate with people of all ages, backgrounds, and starting points.
The evidence base for mindfulness and meditation is BIG! Some benefits include: stress reduction; clarity of vision; resilience and adaptability; improved focus and productivity; better decision making; and enhanced creativity and emotional regulation.
